Ps Plus Cant B Redeem Try Again Later

PS Plus 12 Month prepaid carte not working

Just bought a 12 months subscription and tried to redeem it on my PS5 and information technology says its been already used. But when I try it on PC, it shows me that it is 12 months subcription and so it says

"The prepaid bill of fare could not exist redeemed. Please try again later on.",

peradventure they are even disabling bones ps plus card who knows.

anyone who has same problem?

I bought a $200 Ebay souvenir menu, from a store, that had the same result. Had to give them some info about the bill of fare and some info from the receipt. two weeks later got sent a new one.

Update: Called them, they told me to send them photo of prepaid card and receipt and they will try to redeem it for me, also they told me that 3months and 12months cards are for some reason not working (in Slovakia and Czechia for certain), but they should be. Thats what I've been told. I've sent them everything they wanted. I will keep you updated.

ane month code not working either. I chosen and they say they are looking into it . Besides heard from others that its a server trouble on Sony. Just trying to add together a calendar month to give me a full twelvemonth come June so i can upgrade easier

I tried purchasing 3 months through the PlayStation Store straight every bit my code isn't working and it told me that I tin't top up my subscription while I currently have an active subscription that is set to expire in a few days. I chatted with playstation and they said they are temporarily disabling adding PS Plus on meridian of existing subscriptions. When I asked what will happen to the code I bought? and if I will exist able to redeem information technology? they asunder me from the chat and I can't become back in until probably a few hours or tomorrow.

You lot would think spending thousands of dollars with them would give them the decency to improve their support center to at least treat customers fair enough and answer questions.

I'1000 having the aforementioned issue with my 3 month card. Wondering if they've disabled pre-paid cards until the new Subscription releases in June. If and then then retailers should be pulling the plug on pre-paid cards and making y'all enlightened that they won't work.

Aforementioned affair happening to me today with a year sub from cdkeys. Ps Support tried to redeem it for me after i had tried everything and they said to contact place of purchase because it wasn't activated properly so just gona chargeback.

Too when I click subscribe on the ps5 shop information technology gives a fault code and when I go to renew sub in settings it says something went wrong so its actually impossible to resub correct at present.

Edit - Cdkeys told me information technology is activated but Sony isn't assuasive people to stack subs and to try over again once my sub runs out which is in a couple days so gauge I'll discover out presently.

I'm having the same issue with subscribing via the PS Store, and so is a friend of mine. Seems Sony fucked something up with PS Plus pretty badly rn

I tried redeeming a card from Amazon but it won't piece of work. Did they also conciliate PS Plus cards and just not tell the retailers? I thought it was only PS Now. If they did and so I actually hope nosotros tin can become refunds since we bought a product that doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately I don't think you can until PlayStation decide to set it. Looking at comments on here and other places information technology seems PlayStation accept entirely disabled the ability to subscribe to PS Plus. Seen a lot of people say they can't even subscribe to PS Plus from the PS Store anymore. People were taking advantage of the migration to PS Plus Premium in June so this is PlayStation trying to stop that from happening. Then the residuum of us are at present waiting for PlayStation to give us the option to resubscribe again. 😩

Aforementioned state of affairs here, I have subscription until March 23. Grabbed this one on sale in JRC (legit store). Cannot activate it, support told me the same thing. We'll see. P.S. Czech republic

Call the customer service number on the back of the card. They should fix the issue. Take the receipt ready because if it'south a retailer issue might take go through them.
